I haven't found any particular good sites because I always use Google to search for them. You could try searching for free CSS website templates as they would be much nicer in appearance than just searching for website templates in general.

Livejournal (dont use) Blogger (use) Bebo (dont use) Myspace (use lots) Last Fm (use a little) xanga (dont use) msnspaces (dont use) i think thats all lol. i usually get a fresh one every year or so
